Although the threading systems still differ in other parameters, such as the angle of the threads, I was able to overcome this by using the Teflon tape provided with the product. I wrapped the tape around the threads about 5 or 6 times to ensure a tight seal and prevent any leakage.

After turning on the water, I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was no leakage whatsoever. The installation was successful, and the filter worked flawlessly.
