They sent me a new extension free of charge to see if the shower head could sit higher than the removable shower wand, and it did! The two-piece extension has greatly improved the rain style of the shower.

Additionally, I was informed that I had installed the shower wand incorrectly, which caused it to not sit flush and move on the mount. Once I made the correction, the shower wand now stays perfectly still when on the mount.

I have been using this shower head for quite some time now, and I absolutely love it! Although I would prefer a larger size, this one works perfectly for my small bathroom.
